Wisdom

For some wisdom is
being able to navigate life,
ensuring everything’s fine.
Skirting through troubles,
safeguarding their hearts,
shielding their minds,
from intensity.
Having found the least troublesome,
most secure methods,
is wisdom for nice.

Is it street-smartness?
To go down one and never detour,
collecting the discarded parts
in adjoining gutters?

Life is a garden
which has many seeds,
some growing, some blooming,
some to be sowed,
some to be reaped,
some to be plucked,
only to be fed into again,
for more growth.

To retain that innocence,
without being naive.
To empty your mind,
without loosing your wits.
To have that childlike energy,
without going berserk.
To seek new things,
without wanting to gain some returns.
To be intelligent,
without loosing your sleep.

Wisdom is,
To be fearless
even after living in a world driven by fear.
To be better than nice,
accepting both virtue and vice.
